Each edition of the IATI Standard Gazette follows this format.

When linking to proposal pages, use the Sphinx :doc: role rather than hardcoded URLs so that links work correctly in PR preview builds as well as on the live site. Use a path relative to the current file’s directory for proposals in the same year, or an absolute path (from the docs root) for proposals in other years:
